La Dolce Vista Iseo is a fully equipped boutique apartment with a 75 m² panoramic terrace above Lake Iseo. These house rules are intended to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests using the apartment and the estate's shared facilities.
Check-in and check-out
The apartment is fully self-contained and fitted with an e-lock. Access is available at any time — the gate remote and garage key are kept in the keybox at the estate entrance. The keybox code and full instructions are sent to guests in advance before arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00. Requests for a later check-out should be made in advance — we will accommodate them whenever possible.
Guests are asked to inform us of their expected arrival time at least one day in advance.
Under Italian law, every guest must provide details from a valid identity document when booking or, at the latest, at check-in.
Use of the pool
The estate has a shared pool available to all residents — the pool is not private and is available exclusively to guests of apartments within this complex.
The pool is open seasonally during the summer months. Opening and closing dates are set by the estate management and may change due to force majeure or technical failure.
Pool hours: the pool may be used between 8:00 and 20:00.
Pool towels, sun loungers and bathrobes are provided in the apartment.
Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 8:00. Pool use is permitted during this time, but please respect the peace of other residents.
Children under 12 may use the pool only under the supervision of a parent or authorised adult.
For hygiene reasons, please shower before entering the pool.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
Diving is not permitted.
Only plastic cups and bottles are allowed by the pool. Eating directly by the pool is not permitted.
General house rules
Please use the apartment, its equipment and shared areas with respect and due care.
Pets are welcome only with prior agreement from the owner.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace only, with consideration for other residents. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
Parties, loud gatherings or celebrations require prior agreement from the owner and are subject to the estate's own rules.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or the estate during their stay.
Garage
A private garage is included with the apartment. The estate gate remote and garage key are in the keybox at the entrance — instructions are sent before arrival.
Please do not hand the keys or remote to third parties.

On-site assistance is available at all times. For cleaning and technical matters, please contact the owner on +48 501 598 077.
Liability and complaints
The apartment owner is not liable for temporary pool unavailability due to force majeure, technical failure or a decision by the estate management.
No refund is due for pool unavailability.
Please report any concerns about your stay as promptly as possible so they can be resolved quickly.
